CATALYST: #BiasCorrect
Catalyst’s #BiasCorrect campaign for International Women’s Day, featuring 100 influential women and men sharing their experiences with bias, was spread across digital, social, OOH in 500-plus offices across the U.S., New York City bus shelters and Slack channels.
To actively catch unconscious gender bias in the office, we developed a Slack app that offers non-gender biased auto-corrections for users and an interactive website which allowed users to create their own shareable #BiasCorrect photos.
